UnitWise InTouch W.A.S reports are available for our Director Complete Package. This feature gives you the ability to sync weekly accomplishments from InTouch to UnitWise anytime, even if a consultant completes the information at a later date. For this feature to work correctly, you will need to make sure that your Reports are scheduled. To get the information, start by choosing the week you are working on. Then you can pick the team member, or all the team members if you need to sync your entire Unit.
When the sync is complete, you will see your team members' accomplishments listed individually for each consultant. In the W.A.S report, you will be able to see the following information: how many hours they worked, how many bookings they had, how many orders, gifts, etc. Just like your own W.A.S, your team would also have a recap showing totals. It will show goals the consultant has set for herself, how many team members she interviewed/recruited, and the new team member names and addresses. You can also view the summary of achievements for a particular team member. If you need to see your entire Unit’s accomplishments, there is a helpful feature, called “Quick Glance” available in the top right corner of the screen. You will be able to see the entire Unit's accomplishments for the selected week. From there, the data can be exported to Excel, CSV, or printed out at your convenience.
Debbie: I love the W.A.S Sync feature! I no longer need to worry about missing the report on Saturday night. It's there for me anytime I need it. I would like to know if there is any way to collect the data for someone who did not send their W.A.S to InTouch?
Hero at UnitWise: The data is downloaded directly from InTouch, so you can only access the data that is available in the InTouch system.
Debbie: I have just changed my InTouch password, do I need to do anything to make sure that I can still sync UnitWise with InTouch?
Hero at UnitWise: Yes, Debbie. Please, update your InTouch credentials in UnitWise (Settings >> Preferences) so that the communication between the two systems is established.
